Refund policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- We accept returns for in-store credit ONLY.
- Canceled orders will receive in-store credit ONLY.
- Exchanges/returns will be accepted up to 14 days after your purchase, and you are responsible for shipping costs. Eligible items for exchange must have all tags intact, and must not be worn, damaged, or washed. We reserve the right to refuse exchange items that do not meet the criteria.
- Exchanges are not accepted for bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, bags, or accessories.
- All sale items are final sale
DAMAGED ITEMS
- Items that are damaged due to faulty removal of tags will not be eligible for exchange of return. If an item you received is damaged, you have 48 hours from the time you receive the item to report it to us by email. Please email servicemiddlewestapparel@gmail.com with your information, photos, and order number.
- Middle West Apparel is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen.
