- Free standard shipping on US orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for $9.95.

Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted for store credit only. Canceled orders also receive store credit.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must have all tags attached and must not be worn, damaged or washed. We may refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- Bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, bags and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items
- If an item arrives damaged, email servicemiddlewestapparel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your name, order number and photos.
- Items damaged by removing tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
